How to access care without my policy number?
To get access to healthcare without your policy number, please call the roHealth contact center to get a one time password/code.
roHealth will send the hospital a mail with this code to permit them to grant you access to the service you need.
It is recommended that you make this call in advance before you get to the hospital to avoid a long waiting time at the hospital.
Where can I view my policy number on the platform?
To view your policy number on rohealth, log in as an individual with your registered phone number to get access to your employee dashboard.
On the employee dashboard, look out for your e-card on which your details, including your policy number will be boldly written.
How do I get a policy number?
For a policy number to be generated for you, Log on to www.rohealth.ng, click on the ‘log in as an individual’ tab, next, you click on the ‘invited by sponsor’ tab and fill in your phone number.
Next, you complete your profile on the platform after signing in and a policy number will be generated for you in 48 hours.
After 48 hours, simply log back in with your registered phone number to view your policy number on your dashboard.
How to activate my cover?
To activate your health cover on roHealth, Log on to www.rohealth.ng, click on the ‘log in as an individual’ tab, next, you click on the ‘invited by sponsor’ tab and fill in your phone number.
Next, you complete your profile on the platform and choose a health plan and hospital from the list of options provided on the platform.
Once that process has been completed, your health cover will immediately become active and you can access healthcare instantly.
How do I get my health card?
roHealth is a tech platform that automatically generates an e-card for you once you have completed your online registration.
This e-card contains all the relevant information needed for you to get access to care whenever the need arises.
You can open up the card on your phone whenever the need arises to make use of the information contained therein or download and print a copy for reference purposes if that works better for you.
How do I see my hospital?
To view your preferred hospital on rohealth, log in with your registered phone number to get access to your employee dashboard.
On the employee dashboard, look out for your hospital name written under preferred hospital at the bottom of the page.
If there is no hospital name displayed on your profile, it means you are yet to select a hospital.
Please go ahead and select your preferred hospital from the options provided.
How do I change my hospital?
To change your preferred hospital, please call the roHealth contact center or send an email to (operations@rohealth.ng) to request for the hospital list of your preferred HMO.
Select a new hospital from the list provided and send a mail to (operations@rohealth.ng) with your name, policy number and the name of the hospital you would like to switch to.
Your hospital change will be effected immediately and you can go ahead to access care at your newly selected hospital.
How can I view the benefits my plan covers?
To view your plan benefits, log in to your profile on the roHealth platform, click on ‘plans’ on your dashboard, filter to select your preferred HMO plan and download the document attached that provides you with the full details of your plan benefits.
How do I see hospitals under my plan?
To view all available hospitals under your health plan, log in to your profile on the roHealth platform, click on plans on your dashboard, filter to select your preferred HMO plan and click on the option to view hospitals under this plan.
A list of hospitals which you can choose from will be displayed. You can then go ahead to select the hospital of your choice.
How do I upgrade/switch my plan?
To upgrade or switch your health plan, please call the roHealth contact center or send an email to (operations@rohealth.ng) requesting for your preferred plan and a response will be provided on the next steps to be taken.
How do I access care if I am not close to my registered hospital?
If you are far away from your chosen hospital and need to get access to medical care urgently, it is possible to visit any other hospital on the list of hospitals under your preferred HMO within your plan type.
If you are unaware of the hospital options available to you at the location you are, kindly reach out to the roHealth call center and you will receive the assistance that you need.
What do I do during an emergency and I am not close to any hospital under my plan?
Whenever you are in an emergency situation and require urgent medical attention, kindly visit any hospital close to you to get the care you need.
You may have to pay out of pocket for the service you receive at the hospital.
A refund can however be processed if you inform roHealth of the expenditure within 48 hours.
Kindly send a mail to operations@rohealth.ng with attached copies of a proof of payment and a medical report to kick start the refund process.
How do I access Dental and Optical services?
To get access to dental and optical services, please reach out to the roHealth call center to pre-book. A list of registered providers close to you will be sent to you so you can make a choice and then your session will be booked in advance so you can receive the care you need upon arrival at the hospital.
Alternatively, you can visit your preferred hospital to request for the care you need and the doctor there will give you a referral letter to an approved provider where you can get the service you require.
How do I access the GYM and Spa services under my plan?
To take advantage of the gym and spa services covered by your health plan, please reach out to the roHealth call center to request for a list of registered gym and spa providers close to you.
Once you pick your preferred provider, roHealth will send your details to the facility to register your membership and then you can start using the gym or spa.
