To get access to healthcare without your policy number, please call the Motherboard contact center to get a one time password/code. 

Motherboard will send the hospital a mail with this code to permit them to grant you access to the service you need. 

It is recommended that you make this call in advance before you get to the hospital to avoid a long waiting time at the hospital.
