What do I do during an emergency and I am not close to any hospital under my plan?
Whenever you are in an emergency situation and require urgent medical attention, kindly visit any hospital close to you to get the care you need.
You may have to pay out of pocket for the service you receive at the hospital.
A refund can however be processed if you inform Motherboard of the expenditure within 48 hours.
Kindly send a mail to hello@usemotherboard.comwith attached copies of a proof of payment and a medical report to kick start the refund process.
